A Love Story of Strength: Hina Khan Marries Rocky Jaiswal Amid Cancer Battle

Hina Khan, a celebrated figure in Indian television, has touched hearts not only with her acting but also with her remarkable personal journey — filled with love, resilience, and grace. Her relationship with Rocky Jaiswal began on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where he worked as a supervising producer while she portrayed the iconic role of Akshara. What started as a strong friendship gradually blossomed into a romantic bond, becoming public in 2017 when Rocky proposed to Hina during her time on Bigg Boss 11.

Their bond only deepened over the years, spanning more than a decade. In 2024, when Hina was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, Rocky remained her unwavering support system — even going as far as shaving his head in solidarity with her fight.

On June 4, 2025, the couple officially tied the knot in a quiet registry ceremony — a deeply emotional milestone amid Hina’s ongoing health battle. Sharing their joy online, they wrote: “From two different worlds, we built a universe of love… Today, our union is forever sealed in love and law.” The moment spoke volumes about love’s ability to endure even the toughest trials.

For the occasion, Hina wore a minimalist bridal saree by Manish Malhotra — an opal green handloom drape delicately woven with silver and gold threads. The border, in blush pink zardozi, featured embroidered Devanagari letters spelling out the couple’s names, joined by an infinity symbol — a beautiful, intimate detail. Her look was completed with a scalloped soft pink veil, vintage jewelry, light makeup, and flowing hair. Rocky, in a simple ecru kurta, perfectly complemented the understated elegance of the moment.

Hina later described the look as a reflection of her current state — rooted in simplicity, meaning, and the “purity of love and care” she felt around her. The entire moment became more than just a wedding — it was a symbol of hope, strength, and the quiet beauty of love in its most honest form.
